Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the products must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. Items not returned in new condition and/or without original packaging and accessories are subject to a 20% restocking fee. A Return Authorization is required for ALL returns.

Please Include:
Your order number, which can be found in online order confirmation email or under your account in “Your Orders” section.
Reason for return and images of the product.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Prepare your return parcel
Include all original packaging and materials. Our carrier will pick up your package at a date time and place that suits you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items (MADE TO ORDER) cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once your item is received, please allow 5 business days for processing. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation. Damaged or used products can not be refunded. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
